SCOPE OF SERVICE EXPERIENCE

Manuel Mancha has worked in the real estate industry since 1978. He joined NAI Capital in December 2003, specializing in land acquisitions for commercial, residential, and multifamily development projects throughout southern California . He focuses his efforts working with developers and builders identifying opportunities that perform under current market conditions. Mr. Mancha also assists in the complex process in obtaining the necessary entitlements through local governmental agencies. With his experience as a former city council member of the 8th fastest growing city in the United States , he understands and effectively communicates through a complex bureaucratic system the multitude of issues associated with bringing development projects to fruition.

At present through NAI Capital he is involved with the following development projects: 19,000 sq.ft. New United States Postal Service facility, Fontana, CA., / acquisition and process of 160 acre residential development project acquired from UNOCAL OIL, Simi Valley, CA., / 335 unit single family development, Victorville CA., / 143 single family residential development, Fontana, Ca., / 178,000 sq.ft. Commercial development, Fontana , CA.

Through out his career Mr. Mancha has been involved with land acquisitions of over 4,500,000 sq.ft. of commercial, 3,700 units of multifamily, and over 7,000 units of single-family residential developments.
