SCOPE OF SERVICE EXPERIENCE

Mrs. Dawn Lowder along with her husband Bill founded Christian Commercial Services in 1992 as a full service firm for the Non-Profit with the focus on Churches, Schools and Christian Commercial Business. In 2001 it was apparent the need was great to expand the ability of the company to establish a presence nationally.

In 2002 the company CCS merged with NAI Capital which gave the ability to enhance the services offered to the client locally and nationally. Christian Commercial Services has assisted churches, schools and Christian commercial business move forward in the development of new campuses, expanding of existing campuses and the selling of existing assets for 350 churches, schools and Christian commercial business. The continued growth in these areas has now expanded to areas outside of the California area with the technology and the number of offices that are a part of the NAI team.

Mrs. Lowder's retail and commercial experience has been enhanced by past employment as Real Estate Representative with Stater Bros Markets, Safeway Stores, and Vice President of Development for Security Pacific National Bank and President of Landmark Development in Denver , Colorado . As an employee of these companies she developed shopping centers, free standing buildings, and mixed use projects, in cases of shopping center and mixed use development responsibilities often included leasing and managements for the company. She was a Broker with Lee & Associates of Ontario which was focused on retail and office development and leasing. The years of experience in the commercial real estate field exceeds thirty (30) years EDUCATION Dawn Lowder majored in Business Management at Citrus College . Dawn has received certification from the various real estate courses offered by Chaffey College which gained her a real estate certificate offered as the result of the number of advanced real estate courses taken and the above average grade level achieved. In addition, Dawn has availed herself to a number of courses offered by the International Council of Shopping Centers including some of the CCIM courses. BACKGROUND AND EXPERIENCE Dawn Lowder has leased in her career over three million square feet of retail and office space, sold or assisted in the selling of over two million square feet of buildings and sold or assisted in the purchase and in some cases the development of over 500 acres of commercial ground. Since the formation of Christian Commercial Services she has assisted in the development of sites, leasing of existing locations, and the expansion of existing locations for 350 churches and schools. PROFESSIONAL AFFLIATIONS & DESIGNATIONS An active participant in Christian Management Association known as CMA, a board member responsible for the development of a new campus at her local church, a co-leader in a ministry Celebrate Recovery for the purpose of working with people who are attempting to release and overcome hurts, habits and hang-ups of the past and present. An active member of an organization know as Emmaus who work on the development of Christian leaders, and an active member of Kairos a prison ministry developed to assist the families of those incarcerated across the State. Secretary of WGGB a company designed to encourage, promote and develop local Christian Artists.
