SCOPE OF SERVICE EXPERIENCE

Mr. Lowder along with his wife Dawn founded Christian Commercial Services in 1992 as a full service firm for the Non-Profit with the focus on Churches and Schools. In 2001 it was apparent the need was great to expand the ability of the company to establish a presence nationally.

In 2002 the company CCS merged with NAI Capital which gave the ability to enhance the services offered to the client locally and nationally. Christian Commercial Services has assisted churches and schools move forward in the development of new campuses, expanding of existing campuses and the selling of existing assets for 350 churches and/or schools. The continued growth in these areas has now expanded to areas outside the California area with the technology and the number of offices that are a part of the NAI team.

Mr. Lowder's commercial experience is enhanced by the years with Ace Hardware Corporation where he served as South pacific Real Estate Director and Sales Manager for 36 stores. Mr. Lowder served as new store opening Director District Manager and Western Region Real Estate Director for True Value Hardware where he covered the Western States and the South Pacific. He was Regional Manager responsible for 9 district managers, 96 retail stores, and new store expansion in the South Pacific Region which entailed the site selection and lease negotiations for each location.

EDUCATION

Bill Lowder graduated from Ouachita College with a degree in Business and Business Management.

BACKGROUND AND EXPERIENCE

Mr. Lowder also serves in an ongoing ministry designed for Christian Leaders, and a ministry designed to work with various prisons across the state. Mr. Lowder is part of Christian Management Association which focuses on relationships and opportunities for those who are part various ministries and Christian business organizations. He is also part of Outreach Ministries designed to reach all churches through the printed and Internet media with valuable information to enhance their ministries and to inform them of things that will have value to their congregations. He is Vice President of WGGB a company which encourages, develops, and promotes local Christian Artists through various media opportunities.
