Construction Overhead

The overhead costs of the project include the insurance, bonds, permits security, vehicle expense, blueprints, and fees for the contractor and builder. Typically the general contractor's fee is a percentage of the construction costs. The following costs would be included as overhead costs that will be show in the overall costs.
